For ~blue-nadir's Malfoy Showdown, Daddy Malfoy and Draco, a la book two. Harry's beating him in sports, Hermione in academics . . . NOT acceptable. Draco is one smart remark away from getting smacked upside the head with the snake cane. Daddy Malfoy strikes me as a pretty demanding father, but Draco wants to please him, even to the point of being willing to kill Dumbledore to save him T_T
The background came out very . . . green. Based on photos of a mansion in Maine.
Might post the lineart with some . . . alternate dialog in scraps later

Unlike Narcissa, Lucius never struck me as a caring parent. Narcissa didn't just lie to Voldy's face about Harry's survival, she went to Snape to give her son the best protection way before it was clear Voldemort was going to lose.
Lucius, on the other hand, gives me the feeling that he was screaming around for Draco in the final battle becuase he knew Voldemort was going to lose and had hopes of ditching Azkaban if he turned to the light at the last minute. I mean he was willing to give a girl younger than his own son a cursed diary that he knew was from Voldemort to escape Ministry inquisition over a Dark object. And to also get back at her father.
