Eeeeeee!  Charlie and Bill are the under appreciated Weasleys as they don't appear often in the books.  Bill is barely seen in the final two films and Charlie doesn't appear at all, except for a brief mention in Sorcerer's Stone/Philosopher's Stone when the main trio meet Norbert.
